ICARUS Mail Organizer Terms of Service
Published by: [PUBLISHER LEGAL NAME — Gav to confirm before public release] Effective date: August 31, 2026
What this service does
ICARUS Mail Organizer is a one-time setup tool. When you open an invitation link and approve Google's permission screen, it creates eight labels and thirteen label-only filters in your Gmail account, then disconnects itself.
What it does not do
It does not read message content, send email, create drafts, delete, archive, or mark email read, and does not configure forwarding or any other Gmail setting. The filters it creates only apply a label.
Invitation links
Access is by invitation. A link identifies the person it was issued to, may be turned off by the sender at any time, and should not be forwarded.
Running it more than once
The setup is idempotent. Labels and filters that already exist are detected and skipped, so opening your link again will not create duplicates.
Your control
Everything created belongs to your Google account. You may edit or delete any ICARUS label or filter at any time, directly in Gmail, without contacting us. Doing so does not break anything.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, without warranty. It depends on the Google Gmail API; if Google returns an error, some or all rules may not be created. The completion page and the sender's dashboard both report exactly what succeeded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
