Download the organizer
It is one small Gmail rules file. Keep this page open.

Import it in Gmail
Open Gmail settings, choose the file, then create the filters.
Show me exactly where to click
- In Gmail, open Filters and Blocked Addresses.
- Click Import filters.
- Choose the file you downloaded, then click Open file.
- Click Create filters.
Optional: tick Also apply to matching conversations to sort older mail too.
